6. Foreign Investor and Tax Risks

6.1 Non-U.S. Investor Risk

As a non-U.S. person investing in U.S.-listed securities, you may be subject to tax, reporting, legal, regulatory, currency, market-access, and cross-border risks in the United States and in your own jurisdiction.

6.2 U.S. Withholding Tax

You may be subject to U.S. withholding tax on certain U.S.-source income, including dividends.

The default withholding rate is generally 30%, which may be reduced under an applicable income-tax treaty if you provide a valid IRS Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E and satisfy all applicable requirements.

The Company is not a bank, broker-dealer, clearing firm, custodian, or depository institution. Funds held in your brokerage Account are not protected by any bank deposit-insurance scheme.

8.3 SIPC Protection
