1. Introduction
1.1 This Fee Schedule
This Fee Schedule forms part of the Altus Terms of Service and describes certain fees, charges, costs, and pass-through amounts that may apply to your Account and use of the Services.
1.2 Capitalized Terms
Capitalized terms not defined in this Fee Schedule have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.
1.3 Non-Exhaustive
This Fee Schedule may not describe every fee, charge, cost, tax, withholding amount, or pass-through expense that may apply.
Additional fees or charges may apply depending on your Account type, product, order type, funding method, withdrawal method, jurisdiction, service provider, and the services you use.

2.1 Fees May Vary
Applicable fees may vary based on:
(a) Account type;
(b) product;
(c) order type;
(d) transaction size;
(e) market;
(f) funding method;
(g) withdrawal method;
(h) conversion method;
(i) service provider; and
(j) other relevant factors.
2.2 Altus and Third-Party Fees
Some fees may be charged by Altus. Other fees, charges, costs, taxes, withholding amounts, or expenses may be imposed by or passed through from:
(a) the Broker;
(b) the Clearing Firm;
(c) exchanges;
(d) regulators;
(e) self-regulatory organizations;
(f) clearing organizations;
(g) market centers;
(h) blockchain networks;
(i) banks;
(j) payment providers;
(k) conversion providers;
(l) wallet-screening or compliance providers; or
(m) other third parties.
2.3 Disclosure of Fees
Applicable fee amounts may be displayed in the Services, on our website, in this Fee Schedule, or otherwise communicated to you before they take effect, except where fees or charges are imposed or changed by third parties without prior notice.
2.4 Agreement to Pay
By accessing or using the Services, opening or maintaining an Account, placing orders, funding your Account, or requesting withdrawals, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, costs, taxes, withholding amounts, and pass-through expenses.
3. Fees That May Apply
3.1 Trading Fees and Commissions
We may charge commissions, platform fees, markups, markdowns, spreads, or other trading-related fees on purchases or sales of securities.
The applicable amount may depend on the product, order type, transaction size, market, execution method, and other factors.
3.2 Regulatory, Exchange, and Pass-Through Charges
You may be charged fees, assessments, levies, or other charges imposed by regulators, self-regulatory organizations, exchanges, market centers, clearing organizations, or other third parties.
These charges are determined by third parties and may change without prior notice.
3.3 Clearing, Custody, and Settlement Charges
You may be charged fees imposed by the Broker or Clearing Firm for:
(a) clearing;
(b) custody;
(c) settlement;
(d) account maintenance;
(e) statements;
(f) confirmations;
(g) transfers;
(h) corporate actions;
(i) tax processing; or
(j) related services.
3.4 Funding, Withdrawal, and Conversion Charges
You may be charged fees relating to:
(a) deposits;
(b) withdrawals;
(c) failed, rejected, reversed, or returned transfers;
(d) blockchain network fees;
(e) wallet screening;
(f) payment processing;
(g) currency conversion;
(h) crypto-to-fiat conversion;
(i) fiat-to-crypto conversion; and
(j) related processing or service-provider costs.
Conversion may include spreads, exchange-rate differences, third-party fees, liquidity costs, timing-related differences, and other applicable charges.
3.5 Account and Service Charges
You may be charged fees for certain account activities or optional services, including:
(a) account transfers;
(b) document requests;
(c) inactivity;
(d) special handling;
(e) manual processing;
(f) investigation or remediation work; or
(g) other services.
3.6 Corporate Action and Ancillary Charges
You may be charged fees relating to:
(a) corporate actions;
(b) dividend processing;
(c) tax withholding;
(d) proxy services;
(e) reorganizations;
(f) mandatory or voluntary events; or
(g) other ancillary services.
3.7 Additional Product Fees
If additional products, including options, margin, or other securities products, are made available in the future, additional fees may apply, including:
(a) interest;
(b) financing charges;
(c) exercise or assignment fees;
(d) product-specific commissions;
(e) regulatory charges;
(f) clearing charges; and
(g) other product-specific fees.
Such fees will be disclosed before the relevant product is made available or as otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Taxes
4.1 Exclusive of Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 User Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your transactions, income, Account, fees, and amounts payable, including any withholding tax.
4.3 U.S. Withholding Tax
U.S.-source dividends paid to non-U.S. persons are generally subject to U.S. withholding tax at a default rate of 30%, unless reduced under an applicable income-tax treaty and valid tax documentation.
4.4 No Tax Advice
You are solely responsible for your own tax determination, reporting, and compliance.
The Company does not provide tax advice.
5. How Fees Are Charged
5.1 Deduction Authorization
You authorize us, the Broker, the Clearing Firm, and our respective service providers to deduct applicable fees, charges, costs, taxes, withholding amounts, and other amounts owed from your Account, deposits, withdrawals, or other amounts otherwise payable to you.
5.2 Satisfaction of Amounts Owed
Where permitted by applicable law and applicable Broker or Clearing Firm agreements, amounts owed may be satisfied by:
(a) withholding funds;
(b) deducting from cash balances;
(c) deducting from deposits or withdrawals;
(d) offsetting against amounts otherwise payable to you; or
(e) selling or liquidating assets in your Account.
5.3 Non-Refundable
Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
6. Changes to Fees
6.1 Fee Changes
We may introduce, modify, waive, or remove fees at any time by updating this Fee Schedule, displaying revised fees in the Services, posting revised fees on our website, or notifying you by email or other electronic means.
6.2 Third-Party Fee Changes
Third-party pass-through charges, including regulatory, exchange, clearing, blockchain network, payment, banking, conversion, wallet-screening, or service-provider charges, may change without prior notice.
6.3 Acceptance of Revised Fees
Your continued access to or use of the Services after a fee change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
If you do not agree to the revised fees, you must stop using the Services and close your Account, subject to settlement of open positions, fees, obligations, sanctions, AML/CTF, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
7. Conflicts
7.1 Third-Party Charges
If this Fee Schedule conflicts with any Broker, Clearing Firm, exchange, regulator, self-regulatory organization, clearing organization, or third-party agreement, rule, schedule, or disclosure with respect to charges imposed by that party, the applicable third-party agreement, rule, schedule, or disclosure controls as to those charges.
7.2 Terms of Service
If this Fee Schedule conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control, except with respect to specific fee amounts expressly stated in this Fee Schedule.
